Application:

Used in the outside circuits of signaling and security facilities located at both railway lines and at stations.

Construction:

  • Conductor:  solid, round tinned copper – Cl. 1 (CEI EN 60228) (up to 6 mm2);
  • stranded, compacted, round tinned copper – Cl. 2 (CEI EN 60228) (above 6 mm2).
  • Insulation: cross-linked EPR compound - type G18.
  • Inner sheath:
  • first layer: cross-linked EPR compound - type G18;
  • second layer: cross-linked LSZH compound - type M18.
  • Armour: double galvanized steel tape (nominal thickness = 0,2 mm).
  • Filler: extruded not hygroscopic compound.
  • Outer sheath: extruded LSZH compound - type M16. Colour: black.
